Each organisation signs in to its own secure workspace and places assets directly on a satellite or street basemap by their real-world coordinates. Assets are then linked together to represent the flow of water — source to treatment, treatment to storage, storage to distribution — so the whole scheme reads as a connected network rather than a scatter of points.
Every asset carries its own details — type, status, capacity, installation date and condition — so field teams and managers work from the same up-to-date record. As the network grows or is rehabilitated, the map is updated in place, giving each provider a single source of truth for planning, operations and reporting.
