Kotel.

Kotel’s only water source was a water pan 3 km away. Learners lost significant class time walking to fetch water. The pan itself was unprotected, heavily silted, and unreliable. Sanitation infrastructure was nearly non-existent, with only a few old pit latrines and no hand hygiene facilities.
