Osinoni relied exclusively on rainwater harvesting, with limited storage. During prolonged dry spells, tanks ran empty, forcing pupils to fetch water from unsafe sources. Sanitation was in a dire state, with aging toilets and no handwashing facilities. Girls had no support for menstrual hygiene, leading to frequent absenteeism.
